The promotion is open to all customers who purchase a wheelchair-accessible vehicle from In Motion Mobility during the promotional period. Existing customers, employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible for this promotion.
Customers who purchase a qualifying wheelchair-accessible vehicle during the promotional period are eligible to receive free installation of hand controls or wheelchair lockdown system. The customer must choose one of the two options during the purchase process.
The promotion is applicable only to selected wheelchair-accessible vehicles in In Motion Mobilitys inventory. The offer may not be applicable to custom orders or vehicles not currently in stock.

The promotional offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other product or service.
If a customer cancels their vehicle purchase or returns the vehicle, the promotional offer will be void, and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with the hand control or wheelchair lockdown system installation if already performed.
In Motion Mobility reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the promotion, In Motion Mobilitys decision shall be final and binding.
This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the state where the purchase was made, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
